Administration & Finance Department (AFD)

At Elis, the Administration & Finance Department (AFD) is a real business partner to the Group. It steers our performance, executes acquisitions (a dozen a year) and performs relevant financial restructuring to maintain the Group’s leadership position. It includes the following departments: Legal, Administration, Accounts, Management Control, Cash Management, Risk Management, Internal Audits and Investor Relations. It also runs 10 Finance Departments in the countries where the Group has operations.
